My Tickets
The My Tickets page is a real time recording of an end users submitted, in progress and resolved ticket requests. From this list they can submit another ticket, filter and sort the list, and select any ticket to view that ticket’s details.

My Surveys
Some tickets may request a follow up survey to gather more details about the service they received. The My Surveys page is home to a list of completed and sent surveys. From this list they can view a completed survey or take a survey that has been sent to them.

Knowledge Base
The knowledge base is comprised of any customer specific knowledge bases that are created in Startly. Utilize the filter to search and sort the available knowledge bases and articles to find what you are looking for. Selecting a knowledge base will open it showing the selected article as well as any other articles available in that grouping.
Search
Search is available from the portal home page. Search will crawl the portal, looking through tickets, surveys, knowledge base articles and notifications to quickly find what you are looking for.

External Links
From the main navigation of an internal portal page, end users can choose to navigate to a supplied external link. These external links can be anything thats lives outside of the portal, to provide additional information that may be helpful to an end user such as; human resource links, external knowledge bases or application downloads.
