Setting up Change Management Projects

A project can include change management processes by enabling (checking On) the Change Management features when creating the project. To create and manage a project with Change Management:

  1. Create a project with Change Management features enabled (checked On). At any time, you can also edit an existing project to enable Change Management features.

  2. When enabling the Change Management check box, you are also required to select the assignment group that will serve as the Change Control Board for this project.

  3. You may optionally also set the Quality Assurance assignment group for this project.

  4. By enabling Change Management for this project, you are allowing all team members associated with the project to create new Change Requests that will follow this change management process.
